Use a URL to add a document to train your AI Assistant

To add a document via URL to train your AI Assistant:

1. Go to Manage>Platform>AI Assistant.

2. In the Documents section, select +Add document.
3. On the shortcut menu, select Add document from URL.

4. In the Add a document from a URL section, enter the desired URL, and then select Add.

Your newly-added URL is displayed in the AI Assistant section.
