Configure the predefined questions prompted by your AI Assistant

In the Control Center, you can configure the predefined questions displayed by the AI Assistant for users who are accessing your website. These questions are meant to introduce the visitor to the way your website handles their personal data, or to any policies you want to announce. These questions are usually displayed as a small preview on the customizable location of the AI Assistant. You can add, view, modify, reposition and delete the questions displayed by your AI Assistant on your website.

To access the customizable questions section of your AI Assistant, go to Manage>Platform>AI Assistant and select the Questions tab.
