Manage Platform: Configure the AI Assistant

In the AI Assistant section, you can configure the integration with an AI Assistant provided by OpenAI. The AI Assistant functions like a chatbot and is meant to address the most frequent queries of your website visitors.

Notes:

• To customize any parameters in this section, toggle on AI Assistant enabled at the top right of the screen, otherwise the section is non-editable.
• After editing any parameters in this section, select Save on the tab you just configured before moving on to another tab, otherwise the updated parameters will not be saved.

To configure the AI Assistant, go to Manage>Platform>AI Assistant.
