Add privacy-related legal documents

You can add privacy-related documents to your Governance Portal and/or Widget to inform your users about your data privacy practices.

Note: After editing any parameters in this section, select Save on the tab you just configured before moving on to another tab, otherwise the updated parameters will not be saved.

To add data privacy documents to the Governance Portal:

1. Go to Manage>Platform>Governance Portal.

2. In the Governance Portal section, go to the Privacy tab and select +Select legal documents.

Note: If all the available documents have been added, this button is deactivated.

3. In the Select legal documents section, in the Documents list, select one or more of the desired privacy documents that are available and then select Add.

Any newly-added documents are displayed in the Privacy tab.
