Configure whistleblowing related policies

In the Control center, you can configure the policies related to whistleblowing. You can add, modify and remove related policies.

Important!

  • To be able to customize this section, you need to toggle on Overwrite default settings.
  • When configuring this section, make sure that you select Save on the tab you just configured before moving on to another tab.

To access the whistleblowing Related policies section, go to Manage icon WL.webpManage>Transparency & Accountability>Whistleblowing and select the Related policies tab.

In the Control Center, you can easily add a new whistleblowing related policy.

To add a new whistleblowing policy:

  1. Go to Manage icon WL.webpManage>Transparency & Accountability>Whistleblowing.

  1. In the Related policies tab, select Add policy.

  1. In the Add policy section, select the desired policy from the list, and then select the desired policy version that you want to apply.

  1. When finished, select Add.

Your newly-added policy is displayed in the Related policies tab.

Reposition a whistleblowing policy on the UI

Depending on your organization’s needs, you can reposition a whistleblowing policy in the hierarchy it is displayed on the UI.

To reposition a whistleblowing policy:

  1. Go to Manage icon WL.webpManage>Transparency & Accountability>Whistleblowing.
  1. In the Related policies tab, use the drag handle (⋮⋮) to rearrange the desired item in the list.

In the Control Center, you can easily remove the whistleblowing-related policies that your organization no longer needs.

To remove a whistleblowing-related policy:

  1. Go to Manage icon WL.webpManage>Transparency & Accountability>Whistleblowing.

  1. In the Related policies tab, select Delete icon.webpDelete next to the policy that you want to remove.
  2. In the confirmation message, select Confirm.
