Installation on a generic (HTML) website

There are three versions of the widget that you can install:

• Standard—The regular version we supply, bundled with the latest technologies and powerful capabilities.
• SRI—The script with integrity hash included. The widget with Sub-resource Integrity (SRI) prevents third-party providers from making changes, as requested by certain regulations, such as PCI requirements on payment pages.
• Legacy—Used in old implementations. We strongly suggest that you update your script to the Standard version. See the procedure below.

To install the Widget, you need to integrate the Widget script into the header of your website and add the custom links.

However, a full deployment consists of the following recommended and optional features, such as:

• The Widget
• The custom links
• The AI Assistant, a tool designed for support.

Note: It is important to copy and paste the correct script customized for your platform.
