Operate Cases: Content takedown

The Content takedown section manages requests to remove or modify content from your platforms, whether submitted by users, rights holders, or by regulatory authorities. Here you can review takedown requests, assess their validity, communicate with requesters about decisions, and track the status of each case through resolution. This system provides an efficient structure to handle and document requests with respect to required timeframes—mainly copyright, but also content-related issues that the user considers that they should not be online, such as:

• Hate speech
• Copyright infringement
• Misinformation
• Fraud/Scams
• Not age-appropriate
• Other violations

We recommend that you encourage your users to provide as much detail as possible to help you review and address their request.
