Operate Cases: Accessibility reporting cases

The Accessibility reporting section manages reports of barriers that prevent users with disabilities from accessing your web applications, documents and so on - for example, if a screen reader fails to operate properly on your website. Here you can receive and track accessibility issues reported by users, assistive technology findings, or audit results, communicate with reporters about remediation progress, and document how barriers are addressed. This system helps ensure accessibility concerns are prioritized, resolved systematically, and tracked for compliance purposes.
