Before you start
Here are a few things you may need to know before operating the Control Center:
- Depending on your selection at various stages, on certain configurations and on your subscription type, the features and consequently the UI features available to you may vary, therefore they may not necessarily match the screenshots in this guide perfectly.
- The Control Center comes with certain built-in features that users cannot modify or delete.
- Based on your geolocation, you may not see the privacy widget if there are no regulations that apply to your jurisdiction. If you would like to provide users a way to open the widget if this scenario applies to them, you can add a custom link to your website. Depending on your type of website, the procedure of adding custom links may differ; for more information, see the installation chapter.
Some screens feature the same functions that behave in the same way across the entire solution, such as:
Edit: Enables you to modify the entry next to which it is positioned. Not all records are editable, depending on the user rights, record type and so on.- ⋮ Settings: Opens a menu of additional options, including access to configuration and preference settings for an item or screen
Copy: Select to copy the associated text or content to the clipboard for pasting elsewhere.
Delete: Enables you to remove the entry next to which it is positioned. Not all records are editable, depending on the user rights, record type and so on.
Active: Signifies the adjacent entry is fully functional, active, and behaves as intended. 
Inactive: Signifies the adjacent entry is deactivated and will not be taken into account by the system until reactivated. Not all records can be deactivated, depending on the user rights, record type and so on.- ⋮⋮ Reposition: Enables you to change the order of the adjacent entry relative to the others in the list. Simply click and drag the adjacent entry to the desired position. The order of the items you configure using this feature determines their hierarchy on the UI.
View: Enables you to inspect the details of the adjacent entry without making any changes to it. The availability may depend on user rights and record type. 
Search: Enables you to locate specific records by entering relevant keywords or values. Results are filtered in real time as you type.
Filter: Enables you to narrow down the displayed records based on one or more search criteria. Only entries matching all the selected conditions will be displayed. 
Filter applied: Notifies you that the information on the current screen has been filtered. Select it to remove all currently active filter criteria and restore the full list of records.
Date selector: Enables you to specify a date or date range used to filter or assign records. Click the field to open the calendar picker and select the desired value. 
Export/Download: Enables you to save the current data set to a local file. The available format and scope of the export may vary depending on the record type and user rights.
